DISPATCH
Depending on stock situation, we typically dispatch items in stock in one working day.
DISC AND TYRE FITTING
We offer tubeless tyre fitting service for the customers who want to a ready-to-ride wheelset. We mount and inflate the tyres with sealant and let it sit for a day to check for leaks. The fitting process takes between 2-3 days depending on workshop demand. We can offer great deals on tyres and brake discs. Contact us for custom inquiries.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
All orders are shipped from the EU, therefore no import taxes are applied within the EU. International orders may be a subject of import and VAT duties. Check your local customs information.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as the order leaves us. If you’ve not received any tracking details or you’ve been waiting for your order longer than you expected, please let us know. You can speak to us on live chat or email us and we’ll always aim to reply within 1 working day.
RETURNS - 30 DAY FREE TRIAL ON ALL CENOS WHEELS
We are confident you’ll be happy with your Cenos Wheels that we offer a 30 days to ride them.
If at any point during these 30 days you wish to return them for a full refund or a product swap please contact us to arrange a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period, however, we do offer a crash replacement discount scheme so please contact us and we will help.
In addition to this, our wheels come with a full 3-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects.
Please note this does not cover use related wear and tear.
